Copyright & Usage

All images are the intellectual property of Two in Time Photography.

By purchasing, clients receive a non-exclusive, personal-use license to download, print, and share their images for personal enjoyment or self-promotion (including social media, with credit to the photographer).

Images may not be resold, heavily altered, entered into competitions, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from the photographer.

Pricing & Payment

All pricing is carefully set to reflect the photographer’s time, travel, expertise, and editing.

Payment confirms your understanding and acceptance of this policy.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of photography, no refunds will be issued once images or digital files have been delivered.

Refunds or partial refunds will only be considered under serious or exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of the photographer.
